Spiced Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Condiment made with extra virgin olive oil and Italian hot peppers.
We have to be clear: it is not an aromatized oil! No artificial flavor, no mixture: this product comes from the simple infusion of hot peppers in extra virgin olive oil.
The hot peppers are left in infusion in freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, to better preserve the flavors. The procedure is carried out with precise timing and with right quantities, carefully measured. It gives vitality to foods and makes them more palatable and it is a condiment for strong palates, who love strong tastes. The recipe is jealously guarded by the Visconti family.
